Monday 1st-
100.Cheese/pepperonni ONLY from pizza.

Tuesday 2nd-

140. Special K protein plus/almond milk.
200. McDonald frozen coffee.
100. Banana.
400. 2 sandwiches: wheat bread, ham, cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickle, mustard
90. 4 ice chupes.


Wednesday 3rd-
50. 2 pancakes.
200. Omelet: egg, cheese, sauce, ham. (skipped the sausage!)
50. 2 pancakes. (snack? lol)
150. 2 Chicken thighs.
60. Baby potato.
80. Green beans. (with butter, uck!)
150. Hot cocoa mix'd with black coffee. (Sonic)

Thursday 4th-

Friday 5th-

50. 1 chicken leg.

Saturday 6th-

Sunday 7th-

Tuesday 9th-

400. Lasagna.
200. Yams.

200. Ice cream.


Wednesday 10th-
300. cereal w/almond milk.
50. Vegetable juice.
200. Ramon soup.


Thursday 11th-
50. dried apple.
30. coffee SAMPLE.
100. Salad w/chicken shreds.
150. less than half mocha freeze.(which tasted horrible!!)
150. fish.
50. corn, green beans, carrot (salad?).
70. couple bites of (yuck, lol) macaroni and cheese.
